Sparkling, laughing,
Dancing with mine, transfixed by
Your emerald eyes

The eye haiku(s?) are my second favorite EVER - there's the 'fridge one that I can't let go of, and after that, it's the eyes. ;)

B

Hmmm....only second. :pout: I'll have to work on that. *grin*

haiku(s?)

Just noticed this. I looked it up. Plural can be either haiku or haikus.

Sun, waves, wind and time

Unfold and ever unwind

Autumn shades of time

Newsman

Leaves of fall recline

Indigo stream then consigns

All to hands of time

Newsman

Sun's rays cool and blue

Rivers run and shadows fall

Heeding autumn's call

Ditto

Thanks...

Here's a funny one from the  HAIKU anthology:

On the bus
the teenager pulls out a mirror
and adjusts her pout

...and that concludes the eye haikus. :teeth: lol

B

Okay...  You have totally and completely left out the hazel eyes!
:cry2:
Mine have a hearty sprinkling of green, grey and blue, but when I wear dark green, they look mostly green.
I can never figure out what color to call them.

Signed,
The Confused Eyes

B

haha! I thought about hazel eyes today, actually. I may have to postpone the conclusion and add one more haiku. :teeth:

Eyes of Blue, Green, Brown...
Poet said "that's all" and left.
Feeling so left out

eyes of black

Newsman

Hazel equals green

Should turn that frown upside down

Wonderful, you see

B

Okay, here is the conclusion to the eye haikus. :teeth:

Shafts of blue and brown
And green surround, as I gaze
Held close in your eyes

B

Classicrambler

but you still missed 'les yeux noir'...   :pound:

Chinadoll

Brown hair in the wind
Songs drifting on the warm air
Absent mask I'm free
