I was using that. I have a shortcut to it on my desktop and it isn't working for me.  :cry2:

I'm about too!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!! I'm using AOL as my internet provider until my cable company comes and gets mine with them hooked up. It really stinks!!!! I wonder if that could be a reason that I'm having trouble with it. I don't know. Only a few more days than I will be back to normal!!!!!!!!!

very possible it is why your having trouble.   Its also possible that somehow the desktop icon got messed up.  Bubbleshooter direct link is working for me.
