Day 3. Pain has varied from off the charts to not bad. Had Chey help me get dressed, kinda, and take me to church, as we had a guest preacher. Glad I went but the pain has increased...

Woohoo glad it all went well, so far. Now comes the fun part lol.

SO glad it's Friday. I work Mon/Tues next week and then I'm off until the 28th for our 3rd anniversary.
Not that we have any plans lol but at least we'll be off of work.

I could say, "Well... More loopy than usual." But that would be far too predictable, so I won't say it.

They finally said Dad gets out of rehab in a week and a day. I should probably wash the dishes some time between now and then.

Shew. Last day at work. Church tonight was...difficult. From the preaching to the end. God DID move, albeit not exactly the way I wanted. Blessed be the name of the Lord. One more hour to enjoy this water...then tomorrow, off to surgery.

Mom and Dad left this morning.  :sadbounce:

They're off to Arkansas to see my brother, and then look at houses tomorrow. But it's all still up in air as they wait on my grandparents house to sell first.

Brother and his wife put an offer on a house and accepted. So now they're just waiting on all that happens with closing etc. before they move officially. Brother started his job Monday though 7a-7p for 7 days.

That would've been a pain to get that far and not be able to get in. I'm glad it worked out.

I have been on vacation for the last week. Standard shut down for me, except for Friday when I popped up to Kentucky to move some of dad's stuff down here.

It was me, Uncle Fred and Aunt Diane who went up to Kentucky in Uncle Fred's truck. The plan was for me to get Dad's truck and us to drive both trucks full of stuff back down to tennessee. Just short of the Kentucky State line Aunt Diane gasped, I forgot the keys!

Fortunately dad has the least secure property east of the mississippi. Spare keys all over the place. So we called him and he told us how to get into the house and the shop and his truck and just everything. So the mission objective was saved.
