$60 for two little ducks.... That's worse than the pro wrestler Chel look alike girl wanting $50 for hers, cause she was including the supplies with them....

Anyone got a cheap bicycle? I live 2.5 miles from work now, but my bicycle has been sitting out there, forlorn and neglected for so long that it's no good for anything. I looked at Wal-Mart's bikes but they sure don't make them like they used to... HEAVY little suckers these days, all of them. And that's coming from a guy who has spent the last two years heaving big boxes around when unpacking the truck order at McD's.

Just when I think dumb people have reached their limit, they go to a new level....
There's a thread on the Backyard Chickens forum about weird Craigslist ads, and I posted that duck ad on there....and first thing, some lady pipes up that that's the average price of a duckling, that's what she paid from Metzer hatchery.....
Um...no, lady. Unless you can't read and you thought $35.00 each was $3.50 each, that is not the average price anywhere.
:fire:
Tell her you'll sell her a few dozen at that price. ;)

Check craigslist. Didn't Mel just get one from there?
Mel got hers at Wal-Mart I think.
Yeah, Mel got hers at Wal-Mart.
So yeah, I do need to sell that ignernt woman on the chicken forum a bunch of ducks for $30 each....
She said:
"You're not counting shipping. I actually paid $61 for everything, and talking to other BYCers, thats pretty much what they paid. Mine aren't show quality, and I would still pay $60 for those ducks. Oh, and you have to pay a small order fee... So yeah, it's a LOT!"
She's referring to having ordered 2 ducklings from a mail order hatchery and had to pay all those extra fees and everything....
That has jack squat to do with somebody on Craigslist saying come to my house and pick up these two ducks.
Stupid people.
:fire:
My tolerance is shot. lol
Yep. Mel got hers at Wal Mart.
Wait...I'm Mel.
Hehe.
Are you sure you know who you are?
And then the lady says:
"Well... Yeah, I wouldn't ever buy anything $60 or more on CL (Especially ducks, who have already bonded with their previous owner!). "
Well, dingbat, why in the blue blazes did you engage in this long drawn out retort about $60 being a fine price for ducks on a CRAIGSLIST THREAD if you agree you wouldn't pay that on Craigslist....
I want to smack her.

A Red velvet cake is a cake with a dark red, bright red or red-brown color. It is usually prepared as a layer cake with either a vanilla or chocolate flavor, topped with a creamy white icing.

The person who wrote that wiki article was obviously not a southern baker. A REAL red velvet cake is not a chocolate or vanilla cake with food coloring. It's much better.

LOL I just don't like them. I don't like cheesecake either....I like fruit desserts.
Fruit pizza
strawberry short cake
strawberry zabalgone (sp)
banana pudding
butterscotch anything
lemon anything; especially pound cake!
carrot cake
blueberry anything....
dump cake
cookies
cupcakes
pound cake
cinnamon rolls
bread pudding (if its made right)
key lime pie
berry anything
the lemon cream cake from Olive Garden is hands down THE best dessert ever made
tiramisu
tres leches
apple pie
You don't like chocolate desserts, you don't like cheesecake, but you like tiramisu? How does that fit? And where do you find the cheese for tiramisu?
Banana pudding I could eat half my weight in, but only if it is made with homemade pudding. Banana slices and vanilla wafers in instant vanilla pudding is not real banana pudding. >.>

I dunno lol - tiramisu is different...lol
I actually pick the bananas out on banana pudding....and I don't like it made with the "cook" pudding...it has to be the the other kind....but you make the instant pudding, and then add in whipped cream to make it creamier....
That tears it. She doesn't like chocolate anything, she won't tell where she gets the specialty cheese for tiramisu and she prefers INSTANT pudding over homemade.

No, it's not.... I am afraid to go on my wall now.... I read the replies in my email notifications.... Everybody certainly got their panties in a wad.
The lady is just a lady from another church here, Bloomington native, and the guy was originally from that church as well and from here also, so that's their big connection to the old school.
I never even knew there was an old school that burned due to arson. Or if I did, I didn't remember it. Only knew there was a fire cause I saw that picture. Only knew it was arson based on their comments.
I still think a school on fire and a comment about it being every kid's dream is funny, because it's true. What kid didn't wish the school would burn to the ground so they wouldn't have to go? LOL
I haven't even decided what to say on there yet...I'll probably delete the whole posting after I make a comment of some sort.... lol
I may have to quit going to Sanders Church.... That lady is from there.
Another guy from there got all ruffled up the other day cause I said I want to kick people in the butt.
And there's a guy who, to make the long story short, was part of the big church split after our pastor died and part of one of the families that left that despise me, and he apparently has started going to church there now.
There's not gonna be anybody left over there that doesn't hate me. :P
I'm sorry. :(
We still adore ya Seth! I don't see how anyone could despise you, whether they get your witty humor or not.
When the guy made the comment about it being a kid w/ no brains I thought how sad if it ended up ruining his life. :-(

Just depends. lol
It's always been that way, I suppose it always will.

The lake is up over the road that goes down to the boat ramp. And it won't be very much farther and it will be up over our actual road here. Gettin' really full.
"The lake" being Lake Monroe. The largest lake in the state. It's a manmade reservoir.
There's your trivia for the day. :P
Seth, I am not one to get mad easy, so you will have to try pretty hard lol
The same lake that last week you said was the ocean?
The flooding up your way and in the Midwest looks bad. Hopefully it will go down before mid May though. :freaky2:

Yeah, the rivers are all out and stuff. I'm not directly near any areas where there is any of that kind of flooding.
Is everyone ok? I mean..weather-related okay, not mentally.
We are having some serious flooding issues. So glad we get a break from these insane tornado outbreaks! Dear GOD it's been an awful week. Praying for the people in Alabama!
My aunt and uncle are missing. A tornado hit this afternoon in their town and they could see it from the house. My mom talked to them then. And after that another batch of tornados pretty much leveled their town, and we haven't heard from them at all since. No one in our family has. Everyone is worried.
We were lucky this evening, what storms moved up through this way had a break between them, moving toward the northeast, there was a patch to our SE, and to our NW, and we just got a little rain off and on, but the main stuff went around us.
Praying Mel!
Sorry to hear that Mel. Please keep us posted.
Back home from work. Coming from the place I worked until this week, it's strange to hear people at my current workplace complain about how they are being treated. Pay higher than almost anywhere around here, lunch break and two 10 minute breaks, insurance here and there... Oh well, I guess some people WILL find something to complain about no matter what.

:hi:
Mel, have you heard from your aunt and uncle yet?
Mo-nen all....
I brought my lunch today, and got here and remembered my friend Amber is coming to take me to lunch today haha...
And now I've not even heard from Mel-Mel.... :worry:
MEL-MEL, where are you!?! :director:
Oh dear...Mel don't leave your smoopsie pie hanging - he might have a heart attack!
:P
Howdy y'all. Got woken up too early by two different people calling. There are too many people in this world who own phones. >.>
The upside of having a second shift job is I can take a nap anytime between now and 3:00pm. :D
I'm alive! I was asleep! When I don't have Parker, I don't set the alarm. Hehe.
No word yet on my realitives. Mom said there is over a million families without power and phones in AL so if they are ok, they prolly cant call out and stuff. They don't have cell phones. They never got them. So I don't know anything yet.
It's kinda weird. We don't KNOW anything, and we can't DO anything. Kinda just like something constant in the back of our minds, but we can't STOP what we are doing yet, cause we can't be of any help there. It's kinda surreal.
Justin asked me last night if I was gonna stay up all night and watch the news, I didn't see why I should. It doesn't make any difference to be awake. If bad news comes in, someone will wake me up for sure.
I'm glad you all were concerned for MY safety as well. Especially my "Smoopsie pie" :D
:freaky:
Just got an e-mail from my cousin about my aunt and uncle!!
"Kendall was able to talk with the sheriff's dept. who went and checked on Rex and Helen. They are fine and everything is okay but Kendall and Joey are still headed up there to check on them. More details when they are available :-)"
Thanks for the prayers. :)
Rex and Helen are my Aunt and Uncle, and Kendall and Joey are their sons. Donna is Kendalls wife.
Just so that message doesn't confuse anyone.
Tell them get a little go phone and stash it somewhere, turned off. Even if you don't keep money in your account, you can still call 911 on it.
They won't do it. Uncle Rex will say it's some sort of temptation, that he will be tempted to make calls and run the bill up. He frequently buys computers and tvs and things then gets in a fit of rage and destroys them. Cause they had something bad on them. Then a few months later, he will buy stuff again. Done that for years. He is actually borderline psycho. And I'm not being funny or making fun.

Finally some sunshine today! Weatherman says it could finally get up to 70° !!
Man, the weather down south is Crazy! I know you all get tornados every year but is it usually this bad? I can't listen to the news on comparison cause they keep saying global warming silliness, especially since it's colder here longer than normal.
I remember when I was preggo w/ Andrew and we had a 1/2? mile tornado come through our little town of 7K. We were on the 3rd story and watched it across town. It was so big it was hard to make out, just looked like darkness destroying everything. The debris flying was crazy.

Oh. The Email was from Donna. I didn't realize I didn't mention her. LOL.
BOL! He wouldn't've done anything, he was the one standing in front of the window, fresh out the shower while I was saying "C'mon, I don't feel like waddling down 3 flights of stairs when it hits." He had never seen such a big one that close before though so I went and sat in the bathtub. I think he learned his lesson though cause helping a big pregnant woman out the bathtub is no small effort.
That pregnancy I would've braved that tornado myself for a Jello Pudding Pop.
We actually did go on a snack run during another tornado and when we got in there, they ushered everyone back into the freezer? area. I was so irritated. No cheetos or action.
When I was like 8 or 9 maybe we had a tornado and we were in the basement, but the best place in the basement still had windows. It was a remodeled apartment beneath the church for the pastor's family, my uncle. So we got under the covers of a water bed. (doesn't make much sense to me but I think it was all kind of sudden) The windows blew out and I remember feeling the glass fall on the blanket over us. There were a number of tornadoes that day.
At about the same time frame my step dad was driving and one came behind him. He prayed something, the truck lifted up off the ground, still going straight on the road! and then plopped back down again. He said he doesn't think it was the tornado, he believes it was the hand of God.

Busy week... haven't been in the sharing thread for a while.

Got permission on Tuesday from Molly's dad to ask her to marry me...
Spent all day trying to find a special rose... one that is normally special order, and nobody I called had them on hand. The closest thing to it was a "lavender"... but I really wanted to find the blue ones. Despite the thoughts of not going to the Jonny Diaz / 33 Miles concert due to trying to put together my thoughts, I went... it was in fact why I found the special "Blue" Rose in question... The driver suggested we stop at the place I found the first one, so we did on our way to the concert and they had 15 of them... they just arrived yesterday! Thank you Jesus! LOL
So tomorrow night I'll propose to her... very excited. Life truely has been a whirlwind this past couple of weeks, and I expect it will just get even more crazed as wedding plans officially begin. LOL.
Yay yoop
Aren't you concerned someone here will read that and tell Molly about it? Or is it an open secret you intend to ask her?

That's a good question. I couldn't tell if she was just nervous or what. I'd be nervous for sure but I suspect that looking into my groom's eyes reciting my vows would bring some tear or peaceful moment or something. But I'm not groomed for royalty so I have no clue. All the best to them though! Not sure what the royal family does but I hope they do a good job at it!
Howdy y'all. I am still SO glad to be back at my job.
Bunch of hullabaloo for nothing if you ask me! They spent millions of dollars on that wedding and that doesn't make the couple any happier than the couple who got married yesterday in a small church among a little grouping of close friends and family.
I despise mess like that. I don't care WHO they are. It's a waste! Meanwhile we have starving people all over the world who don't have the means to even have a hot meal. Much less all the excess.

Yes, and I used it to go to work. Believe it or else the hardest part was not my legs hurting (it was only 2.5 miles) but accepting the slower pace. I recommend a bike for anyone who is habitually impatient.

By the way this is the song for which I'm working on a soundtrack: http://www.box.net/shared/33sksnyuga
If anyone does anything with kids in church and wants a copy if-and-when I get it completed, let me know. Our kids love it and are really interested in singing it, so since I made the mistake of mentioning it to them before I even knew how I was going to make this soundtrack, I'd sure better get it done. :P

What brings this up is, the church youth group was supposed to go to a neighboring church for the Sheaves For Christ kickoff rally tonight. Bus leaves the church at 5pm. Isaac is there at 5pm, nobody else is. Again.

Going to bird fair and such.
:hi:
I woke up with allergy stuff too. For no discernible reason. Very odd... hope I'm not developing a new allergy, what I have is quite enough thanks.
I've not had a good day..... it's raining, again. I've felt somewhat queasy for the last two days and it's not improving. And to conclude my complaining, I discovered that at around 7:05 this morning, after I had gone inside the capitol to work, some crack smoking female opened the door to my truck, apparently with an eye towards stealing things. I've found nothing missing, but she rolled my window down. :pound: Why, I don't have a clue. My coworker found it down about two hours later and told me. I thought he was messing with me, until I go out and find it down. This wouldn't be an issue except- wait for it- it had been POURING for the past two hours. So now I get to enjoy a pleasant ride of 60 miles with a wet seat.
I do have video of her actions, and if I find her, I'll need to repent. Can you say TASER- repeatedly! :laughhard:
I just wanna go back to bed and start over on today.
Maybe she just needed a safe place to smoke. Can't be easy at the capitol to find a place where you can smoke crack in peace.
How do you know she was smoking crack?

To be honest I can't say for sure that she was smoking crack, but her actions on the video definately point to some mood altering substance being used...... At one point she was standing in the middle of the street singing to herself and doing a very poor rendition of a "moonwalk" :laughhard:

Preacher preached on wheat and tares. Funny thing is, tares look a lot like wheat... until just before harvest time. Then the wheat does something the tares can't do, it produces wheat. Good thing is, if a tare in the church is tired of being a tare he can become wheat and start producing.
Oh mercy me.
I didn't get my nap today. I was almost asleep, and Jolene called. Her baby Juilette got to go home last night and she was updating me on stuff.
Then I didn't try to nap again.
I need to go to sleep NOW so I can get a good nights sleep before walking tomorrow.

Sleep... yes, that would be good. Sometime before 2am preferably. I could stay up until tomorrow morning for all my second-shift job is concerned, but if I stay up too late tonight somebody will call and wake me up tomorrow morning. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have preprogrammed number blocks, where certain people are unreachable until a certain time of day. It would save the trouble of unplugging/replugging the phones.

Me too..... no electricity this morning thanks to the storms, only one candle in the house and the flash light was dead. I get dressed by cell phone light :o and leave to discover that I'm totally and completely flooded in my usual route. That means another 20 miles or so of driving. then Lou calls and informs me that the Cadillac won't start, so she's taking the Miata, which I had left at home because it doesn't drive well in the rain. I then proceeded to worry until she called and told me she had made it in.
Oh, and we're supposed to get even more rain today and tonight. Joy,joy.

I was so excited and I couldn't remember what came next so I looked up the Narnia books to see which one would be next!!
Prince Caspian is well umm...beautiful. :up2:
*sigh* I love Narnia!
Weirdos.
You're just jealous.
Of?
I know there is a lot of stuff to pray for in recent weeks. Lets also remember those dealing with flooding. Pray the water levels start to go down in the rivers soon.
Heard some reports today about the flooding that sounded terrible. The midwest and southeast may not be the same ever again.
It's Melody's fault.. She MADE me read them.. and her excitement was contagious!!
Its raining joy joy
Seth....you are jealous cause the magic never works for you and they won't let you in Narnia.
:waving: Made it home. Gonna go eat some leftovers and go to bed early, since I have to leave a little earlier due to the flooding. Got Lou's Caddy started, so I don't have to worry as much about her driving. All in all, not AS bad as day as it started out being. :thumbsup2: Catch y'all tomorrow....
/me is headed to wm
Don't buy the store out
Not a chance lol
Is it raining in Narnia? If it's not, then I'm gonna tear that wardrobe apart gettin in there....
I'm about to sit down and weep. lol

I am no longer going to even acknowledge your existence! Seriously! They destroyed an awesome story by trying to make it better! Although the kids did a great job again... it shouldn't be passed off as a adaptation of the book... it was more like they took the script off of fanfiction.net (Which I do read Narnia Stories from... but they put in a disclaimer saying they are changing the story... and I will add... there are some excellent Narnian fanfics to be read!).
A whole generations who has never even read the books is going to think that Caspian is 18... and he certainly is not according to C.S.L. And Lucy should be about 10, maybe even younger... not looking like she is 16!

Been a rather stressful day. Attended a wedding at a courthouse i was waiting in line in. This couple who looked to be in their mid twenties had been living together for a long time and was explaining to the judge who was going to marry them that the only reason they were there was because the girls mom made them come. The mom looked like you wouldn't want to mess with her at that moment and if they didn't say I do it might quickly become a shotgun wedding or a courthouse shoot out. Then I got sent to another room and another line, where a woman kept yelling at her father who looked to be in his 70's. Several times it looked like he was about to burst into tears. I kept hoping a deputy would hear her and come shut her up and give the poor man some relief.
Then got home to an email someone I guess just wanted to share their stress with me. lol
God is still good and i now have 4 more people to add to my prayer list. Pray for all the people listed above it really seemed like they all could use as many prayers as they could get.
Wow that sounds like ten tons of fun.

No, actually, I was worried because the Miata's driving characteristics in the rain. Couple that with the fact she's not used to it, rarely drives a stick shift, and her, ahem, erratic and odd driving mannerisms, and I've the right to worry. :biglaugh:

Your May forecast calls for plenty of stargazing, and even time to shoot for the stars in the far northwest, later this month in the northeastern part of the U.S. In fact, there is a significant chance the way will be cleatr for stargzing as far down the west coast as the San Francisco area.

Merning. Been a long day in the office...if you call sitting on a tractor all day a office...
A John Deere right?
Well, I am officially part rooster now. My right knee now basically has the comb off of about 2 roosters in it. I was suppose to get both knees done but the office staff forgot to bring the injection for both knees. So when i go back in August they will do the right knee again and the left knee for the first time.
I received a message from God at Wal-Mart today. I mean literally revived one, someone printed a bunch of them out and left them in almost all the buggies. It said America will be attacked and defeated by another country "SOON!" and Jesus loved us so much that he wanted us to know if someone told us to run and take shelter or hide we needed to do it. Ended by basically saying after you run and hide to just trust Jesus. So now you know.
It's been a stressful couple of days around here. I think I am internalizing the stress a little to much and I am paying for it physically. I hope things calm down the next few days.
wow taco :headrub:
What is the purpose of injecting a rooster comb into your knees?
To provide a cushion for the joint. Sadly, to many stupid things I did as a teenager left me with no cartilage in my knees. So my knees are bone on bone when I walk which is painful. The rooster comb basically serves as artificial cartilage. If it works it can help you keep from having knee replacements.

I'm glad there's at least one crazy person that is not in my immediate vicinity. lol
So, Taco, we'll be waiting to hear whether you got up on the roof and crowed at sunup....lol
Forgot to share my crazy dream last night. I fell asleep 2 times maybe slept about 20 minutes each time. Both times I had the same dream. I was in the hospital and this doctor was trying to tell me he was going to cut off my arm, my foot, or my leg (body part kept changing). The only reason he could give me for doing it was so he could sale the body part to cover the cost of cutting it off. Both times I woke up arguing with him, telling him he was a wacko and that he wasn't cutting anything off me. After the second time I gave up on sleep. lol
:laughat:
I wouldn't sleep either. :o

Don't talk down about a Massey, cheese. First tractor I ever drove was an old Massey......So much easier to learn on than the John Deere and its infernal 5,000 gear tranny. In fact, the last John deere I drove tried to kill me. It was a tricycle tractor and had the clutch going out. Add that with a hilly peice of property to cut hay on and it was an interesting ride. :biglaugh:

Poppin Johnnys!?! *squeal of delight* I haven't heard one of those in years! I love them- probably the only John Deere other than my lawnmower that I think is cool. :thumbsup2:
Ours needs a good restoration.....it ran, but has just been parked and not used for the last few years. Need it and could definitely use it, but there it's set...bah...Needs new tires and such as well..... Be grand if it had a full restore done on it.
Well, this survey deal was actually pretty interesting. Been tromping the hills and hollers with the surveyors so they could show me where everything is. And lo and behold, it all actually makes good sense according to the deed description. Now if all the other crooked jigaboos will acquiess, however you spell that...lol...to that, then we will all be just peachy keen. It measures out right, so it should just be a case of it is what it is. It very closely contains what all we have historically always had fenced in and used.
Yes, my office tractor is ye ol' massey.
In other news, I was out mowing this morning, when a plane landed and taxied up to the terminal. He actually taxied over like he was going to go to a business, stayed for about 15 minutes, then taxied out to take off.
He left out, did several landings and take offs, and I went from being interested to ignoring him.
I was about 500" off the edge of the runway, mowing a "safety zone" with my back to the incoming traffic when suddenly he flew right over the top of the tractor. And I mean RIGHT OVER. Probably was 2 feet above the tractor. Scared the mess out of me. I had to stop for several minutes to regain my composure.
In other news, I found out I run a mile in like 3.2 seconds...
Then the pilot wouldnt respond to calls...I was gonna tell him to call a ambulance, cause I had a heart attack. Ive worked around planes for 10 years, and I think he scared me better than any pilot so far...lol
Well if you were only 500 inches from the runway, what do you expect. *cough*

We have a small Case tractor.
I think that is what is in my yard for sale...lol I live in town so it looks weird. Sometimes Clint "brings work home with him" to try to sell used equipment by parking it in the yard
I have very fond memories of a Case tractor that one of the old guys who's land my dad used to farm on had....
I also have a very horrifying memory of the same tractor that scarred me from early childhood onward for many years and still decades later leaves me with a certain level of cautiousness....LOL
It was one of the orange & beige colored ones....I love those. lol

Well if you were only 500 inches from the runway, what do you expect. *cough*
Er...make that feet. Sorry. LOL
I truly to God am the only one with any sense around here. My dad is furious and sure that this is a conspiracy that states the deed info the way it does.... What got surveyed off is what he always thought was SUPPOSED to be his, even though he didn't think he had a deed to part of it, but it was what he always had fenced and used... And now that the survey matches that, he's mad because he thinks the other parties have paid people off to have it turn out that way instead of the survey having taken in what was always thought to be theirs, but he recently has come to believe was what was supposed to be ours....
Confused? You should be....
I am the only one that just wants to say, here it is, everybody shut up and be happy. My gosh. Lunatics. Everywhere.

Have you ever gone from feeling fine to feeling really sick in about 10 minutes? That's the way I feel right now. Was feeling fine working on some school stuff when suddenly my face started burning my head started throbbing and my stomach started churning almost instantly. Never felt like this before. Weird feeling. Gonna lay down a few minutes.

You need to HAVE a wedding date before you TELL a wedding date.
And why do you need a building? Think outside the building. Park. River. Waterfall... God is the most important witness, and He is everywhere!

Double wedding?
That may work, actually, since I know of someone else who is engaged besides Ruby and Chris.
But wait...
You bringing your lady with you, T??
How cool is THAT?!?!?!?!?!
AWESOME!!!!! And here all along I thought your lady wasn't going to be able to come!
Haha... nope she isn't, although I tried to convince her to come along last night. Unlike some people... we told everyone our wedding date... :laughhard: Aug 6th... remember? :hypocrite:
No crypticness here... LOL.. cant say that for you and your guy... er... I mean some other couple! *cough cough*
Now if we can just a find a building to get married in... lol.

You don't have to try and convince me of it... But she wants to get married in a church building... Our august weather is very unpredictable... So she wants a building... Preferably a Apostolic church building... Which is fine. I think we found a spot... But we still need to check it out...

Did you live?
I'm sorry, Cheese. :-(
Yes, Taco, I have. Not fun. :-( Hope you're much better very soon!
*pouncehugs* Becca and Elona... just 'cause I haven't seen either one around here much for a while. It's lovely to "see" you both! :)
:beret:
Good luck Seth. Judging from people I know like that, you'll be hearing about how wrong that deed is for the next X years. X = however long you live.
In other news, howdy y'all!
Went to church. Came home. Going to bed. Oh yeah, church was great. McDonald's afterward- not so much.
I think that sums up my evening pretty well. That is all. :P
You take a date to a wedding?? What do you tell this person (date) after you have them as a date for the wedding?

Howdy! It's a beautiful day here today! I may go to the store with dad, waiting now to see if he is gonna go.
Spending the day with Ann today. Meeting at church for prayer and then going to her house to hang out till church tonight. I'm glad. We need an IS day.
*US
Morning :hi:
Eating breakfast.
I may go to the courthouse and look up the stuff for all this deed junk for myself since everybody else around here is dumber than a box of hockey sticks.
Well, I've cleaned up, and I'm going to the courthouse to see if I can unravel this stupid mess (which honestly seems like it IS unraveled, but my pitiful dad just can't understand or believe it) and figure all this junk out.
If I don't come back at some point, I've probably ended up in the county clink. :smirk2:
:headrub: @Seth
Here at work.
Still so sleepy.
Well that was an interesting night. I don't get nightmares but my dreaming mind can sure be inventive.
New day, fresh start. Morning y'all. :waving:

so since your brain got a wee bit shook up...is this why you responded the way you did in church last night? Can't offer the same excuse for the rest of the church who gave the same response. lol
Glad I wasn't there.....I didn't get buzzed by a plane and I would've thought Cinco De Mayo a perfectly legitimate answer. :laughhard:

Well... I think it is safe to say that somewhere out there, there is someone getting married this month... And the next... And the next one after that... And I know there is one in august! Not sure about Sept -December... Lol
:hypocrite:
Went to the courthouse, got all the old documents, so I have the complete paper trail of this shabang in my own hot little hands.
I think my dad is still out trying to talk to somebody about it all (lawyer he's been talking to, or the county surveyor, or Lord only knows who)..... If everybody would get the blasted puzzle pieces all together in front of them and JUST LOOK AT IT *cough Mel-Mel cough*, then it'd all be alright!!!!!!
Sheesh.... I don't think a blasted soul that has owned this land and the surrounding has ever really known what they did own. It's been a bunch of confused heresay for generations. lol
Oh, and I went to Lowe's too. :smirk2:
Here.
No, there.

My day HARDLY involved that. Trust me. Though the lady at the courthouse was very kind and helpful as I made her look up forty thousand old documents.
Did she look at them? Cause I say all they got to do I'd look at it and they will know. Just look at it!!
*happysigh* AMAZING day today. I love my friends and church family. They are the best ever.

If everybody had just looked at it from the beginning, there wouldn't have been all this blamed confusion forever so long. I wish I had looked at it myself from the start, it would've saved a lot of worry and pains in the patooty. From now on, I will definitely look at it first thing.
Well that is definitely something that should be looked at.
You just have to look at it. That's all there is to it.
Are Cheese and Mel looking, gazing, watching each other again?
They sure seem to be looking at something. lol
You should look at it too, Rooster Comb. Just look at it.
Would you just LOOK AT IT!! Thats the first thing I do, I just say look at that! Look at this! Look at that! JUST LOOK AT IT!
Uh oh I think they have got lost looking into each others eyes. They may need someone to step between them and break the gaze. lol
Sometimes all you can do is just look at it.
Would you look at that? Just look at it.
my my never seen the looks of that, would u look at that! :yikes:
I'm lookin' at it. And it's not lookin' good.
you just gota lookatthat!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my lookit lookit!
You know, one day, I just up and looked at it. Then it was all over but the shoutin'.
Howdy y'all. G'night.
i think it calls to a second look, so here i go a lookin once again
I'll give you somethin to look at....
lol im getting to tired to think of how else to look at it lol
Feeling sleepy!
you should after all that posting lol
hahahaaha! I saw that youtube the other day... and thought it was the stupidest thing ever... it had to be fake! if not... that dude needed some MAJOR assistance...
Morning all. Just so everyone knows- deer meat in the skillet smells GOOOOD. Deer meat on the exhaust system of a Miata- not so much. A car ahead of me this morning hit a huge deer, and it landed directly in front of me. I had no time to swerve and ran right over the confounded thing. :o I just knew the Miata was dead. I stopped, checked it out, and praise God, there doesn't seem to be any damage to the car. Can't say the same for my clothing.... Now I'll have to smell the stuff cooking off the exhaust for the next week. :pound:
Gonna be a beautiful day, anyway!
