The blades don't know my gender and I refuse to tell them. I am not legally required to tell the blades I am not a girl. So they work just as well on my face.
"Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."

Shew.. So- wedding was beautiful. I nearly swallowed my false teeth when it started though. With both parties having a background of Pentecost, and them telling me they knew our particular church didn't "do rings" I never thought about general appearance.
The sweet bride walked in to the sound of the wedding march- and when she walked through the sanctuary door I was taken back. Her gown...uh.....didnt exist past the bosom area. No arms, no nothing but so much skin. :laughhard:
God bless them, ya gotta love babies. We celebrated the wedding and not one person made noise about the dress. Even some of my older saints I would have worried told me privately "It was a bit bare but she's a baby, God will show her".
Never been more proud of my folks for the lack of judgment and the understanding. I haven't waivered in what the church standards have been for years, but I've tried to lead and demonstrate love and living the sermon, as well as teaching rather than hurting people.
God is blessing.
Today-did some work for Wed at the church; have assembled and am baking a lasagna, a bit ill with the ready to use noodles that are not softening up like I thought they should. And I have a new experiment- homemade Italian garlic bread of my own recipe- waiting to go in the oven..

Shew. Preached yesterday at Bro Raynor's. Then hightailed it 5 hours west to walk into our service just as the last worship song was q'ued up, walked to the platform and preached there. Good feel of God in the house, loved being back home with my people. Greatly enjoyed the services with Bro Raynor as well, after I got over being uncomfortable.
Came to town today and paid my taxes, done my slides at the church for the bible study tomorrow night, and when one of these heifers gets a break and can run me home, I'm gonna drop Rusty off for his repair.
