I've basically survived on caffeine today.  Didn't sleep at all last night.  I did manage to sleep for an hour, but it wasn't enough.  Trying to decide what to make for dinner or if we should just eat out. lol

Dr. Pepper and B-12 seem to be working! If only everyone were working too!!!  :hypocrite: Actually, a fairly good night all things considered! Must have been the "Jesus, Help Me" prayer; I said as the alarm went off after only three hours of sleep!!! 😊

 I thought I'd posted here today, but apparently not. Made it through the day- it started misty, but ended without a lot of rain. Could use prayer for a very serious situation involving the in-laws family- I'll just say that it is very bad and will doubtless affect a very sweet family member and church member.
And in sharing, I am trying to find the mind of God for tomorrow night's service...

Today is the first day that I have been able to hold any sort of nutrition in my body for more than an hour. It's been glorious!!

I should have said my "Lord, help me"!!! prayer tonight!  Meh!!; 😩 Tired of stupidity, laziness, childish behavior, poor work ethics...unprofessionalism!!!!

Sorry to vent so much lately! I was raised to work hard, do the job efficiently, and to do the job right....I'm having a hard time living in a world where we pay people for nothing; we pay people to be nothing, we pay for people's poor choices; and lack of pride!!! 😲

I'm dozing off on the couch does that count?

Went back to work today. Only had to work 5 hours but I ended up going to lunch with my boss. We needed to have a discussion about the dude over my department. He has no idea what he is doing, gets flustered easily, yells at us when we are trying to figure out what is going on, and then starts throwing things. Something must be done.

Yeah, you'll get a lot of that. I've found a few things that help me deal with other people's laziness.

1. It's not my fault.
2. I do my job the best I can.
3. I still get paid.

If anything they do interferes with any of those I report it to the boss. Otherwise I just do my job and go on.

My list is similar...just ordered different!

1. I do the best I can.
2. I have a job that pays my bills and debts.
3. If I have time I will correct things, reorganize things; and try to solve issues in ways that won't allow for others to keep messing things up(easier said then done)!!! 😡
