"Ok so. Kimber, your recap was good, but vague. Lol I'll tell my side too."
How dare you call me vague!! I put a lot of thought into that.  :girltongue:

First of all, as of this morning, Kimber and I only had two Sundays left with our class, and so this morning, we got in there and had so much fun with those kids! It was great! And next week, we have a pizza party complete with Ice Cream for our last shindig with this group! Can't wait! (yes, pizza rolls and ice cream sandwiches at 10am, SO WHAT?! That's how we roll with our kids!)
I shall miss all those kids.  :cry2:  They were learning how to shoot spit balls so well! Who will carry on my legacy?!

Ok so, after SS, Worship service was AMAZING! (note to Kimber, we need to PRACTICE Lord ja mighty before we sing it so much, I always feel like we are lost and don't have a clue, and James tries to take your part and it's confusing. We need to bring that up at the meeting on Friday night. Haha!)
It's ok, I don't mind James taking over the song, it don't belong to me lol and God can anoint any one. But it is TOTALLY confusing when James does that.

things slowed down a bit and bro Ramsey had the guys gather around dad and I LOST IT. Ann came up to the platform and prayed for me, and then the spirit was moving and we had the tounges and interpretation. (sp?) it was awesome!
So THAT'S what was going on. I thought they was praying you back through, I was trying to figure out how to end our friendship, I mean no one wants to be around a crazy lady  :angel3 :hypocrite:

It's been a GREAT day!
Now THAT I can agree with. I love you Mel. Even if you are a bad influence  :thumbsup2: hehe.

How am I a bad influence?...wait...maybe you shouldnt answer that!

I'm gonna miss those kids too...it was fun while it lasted, but we have to have something more than fun, those kids need salvation! So it's time to move on to something that will get them on the track to being saved. Apparently our method wasn't really working.

I really like it when we can pass on stuff to someone else who can get some use out of them.

:beret:
Sounds like me and my computers.  I get a new computer, all my other computers move down the ladder and the lowest one gets kicked off.  Always someone who will take it.

In fact I just placed one today, in a house where I pick up a bus kid.  Sonic 3D was his favorite game for some reason... what is wrong with that kid?  Neverball is SO much cooler!

Well I just hope we planted a seed in them that will help.

I hope so too! But I think we did. They will remember "Recycling specialist" for years to come!

Is that a challenge? Cause I got worse...you seem to forget all the memories we have made this past year. Haha.

When you work second shift you miss all the revival services.  You miss most of the family dinners.  You miss a lot of stuff.  But there is one good thing about second shift.  When you go to bed you don't have to set an alarm clock, and when you wake up you can lie in bed as long as you want after you wake up.

In other news, g'mornin y'all!

I don't understand why you didn't want the parade or to work the parade?  I'm confused.

How awesome, Sandra!  Are you going to do something extra special for #30?

Seth, I'm glad you calmed down.  Maybe it'll get easier the more you're in   public.

I is here....thought I'd posted here already today, but realized that was in my "ask" thread.... I had today off thanks to it being President's Day- I do enjoy being a state employee from time to time. It definately has its perks. :biglaugh:
So I've cleaned the house up a bit, put Pork steak in the crockpot with a blend of spices and mushroom soup, took the vette and chey to the local store- basically wasted the day- after getting up at 9:30 am. Oh, and I've got the battery charger on rusty, gonna try to tinker with him a bit. It is beautiful here today, although a tad windy. Around 60 degrees... And that is that. :hi:

My brother and Neice left. We had a good time while they were here. As soon as they walked out the door, I went to my room and took a nap. I was TIRED!

Up now. Gonna go eat a snack and talk to dad.

Mardi Gras parades are not good things.  Very vulgar.

Ooh, I missed somewhere that that was what kind of parade it was.  I am not very familiar with that, there isn't any significant celebration up here that I know of.   It's a catholic thing, right?
