Home...

After going to the free clinic to get my meds....that place is gross....and them and the hospital don't know what they are talking about in relation to what one says about the requirements of the other....was aggravating.....

Came home and burned my clothing and scalded myself in bleach....

Actually, just took a shower and put my clothes in the washer....hopefully that's sufficient.

:shudder:

Feel tired and run down.

IowaSkirtGirl

I do match socks...just not mine. I actually did a full load of laundry at work the other day that was just socks. YES a washer full of socks...which actually equals about a five gallon bucket of matched socks...

My bpd makes me crazy. But I can see how some people have to have things a certain way. Roomie has Asperger's Syndrome...so she is kinda OCD about a lot of things..and has to have a routine...So she does laundry because I don't fold her clothes "right".
I'm just me, round and bubbly like a lil honey bee!

Tended fowl.  My sister helped with part of it still.  Lord....  I feel like I've been trapped in a space/time continuum for a week and like no time has surpassed, yet like ages have passed, and everything I left behind has gone to total pot.....shew....

Took my first horse pill....ugh...wish these things weren't that big...I'd rather took two small pills instead of one huge one.  :-?  But, oh well, I took it anyhoo.

Eating something.

Gotta shut up the fowl when they go to bed, then get ready for church.

Lord help.

IowaSkirtGirl

Sethers take it easy!

Facebook keeps asking me what's on my mind...I don't really think it wants to know tho...

Sonic has WiFi! I now get to surf GP while sipping my cherry limeade!

I got my Cmas cards done and mailed out today. Well, the ones to mail. I have till Sunday to get the others done to pass along at church. If you didn't join the GPCCEX before now, it's too late to get a card from me! Im done for the year. I made cards this year to save money, and I had some left over, so I mailed a few to GPers who didn't sign up whose addys I had. All in all I mailed out 20 homemade cards, but I'm out of those now. Hope y'all like!

Mmmm....TOTS. :fork:
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

I am taking it somewhat easy......but, I can't take it too easy..*sigh*

I'm actually not on any restrictions of any sort.

I'm disappointed, Mel. I thought I had converted you to a vanilla cream cherry dr. pepper.... :-(
And I cheaped out and got walmart special cards this year. Hope it doesn't  offend anyone, Mama always said it was the thought that counted anyhow. And I've already got mine mailed. A *few* of them got officially autographed by Chey- until she lost interest.

I also sent a couple to non participating GPers whose address I had. Was kinda hard- while going through my addresses from last year, I admit I shed a tear when I got to the zany PM  Yoop sent me....kinda weird to miss someone that you never physically met, but this place has the effect of making you family, sight unseen.

I know! I found his address among my card stuff and I got all sad.

And I totally forgot about the Dr Pepper!

What was it again? Maybe I'll stop on the way home after church!

Wow, it doesn't seem like you've been here an entire year here, Roscoe.  You must just be that good o'company.

On the SOCKS.  I am not an OCD mom that takes charge over my kids' dressers and closets. Which means the dressers of a 9 and 13 yr. old are not efficiently organized... lol  So inevitably, come some random morning, especially Sundays, suddenly there aren't any pairs of socks to be found.  I know boys/mens white socks are interchangeable, it's the ankle socks, toe socks, knee socks, dress socks that usually cause the most problems.  That and if I'm not mating then suddenly Andrew or Nathan will just "not have" any socks because I throw the holey ones away and didn't realize I needed to pick up another pkg.  Rushing around, digging through drawers while lecturing the morality of tidiness, and then running late, is not how the morning mood should be to send my family out into the ravaging world with.

So... I need to mate the socks.

Melody

I hope I got everyone.  I sent some out and then another day went to send the rest and am not sure if I remembered which ones I had already sent or not!  So... someone may get two.. LOL

Chseeads

I'm tarred.  Going to church in a minute.

Yup. Came on board around October of last year as I recall. And I ain't company, I's family now. :hypocrite:

And I know ALL about pairing socks. I grew up with a mother that believed all clothing had to be folded and paired- socks, underwear,t shirts, you name it. And PLEASE don't send Lou the outline on your lesson on the morality of tideness. That's an area I struggle with and she teaches on daily. (She calls it teaching- I'd say nagging, but she'd hit me) :P

My son is high functioning autistic but has a lot of the same "quirks" as an Aspie.   Everything has to "feel" right.  the line on the sock has to go over his toes just right.   He loves the feel of some fabrics and some drive him bonkers.  Routine is HUGE and it will ruin his complete day if we are late to school.   Seriously.  Its easier to let him stay home then be one minute late.

I dont mate socks.  I buy one type of sock for the older boys...one type for the younger boys and Clint wears a different type.   I put them in a basket and everyone just picks out their own socks...lol  I don't have time for such nonsense  :P

My mom makes pillows and things out of all the collections of mismatched socks that accumulate over time

Re:socks I only wear one type, so they all match, when one gets a hole I throw it away. So sometimes I have one extra sock, but they always match.

I only have one pair that are different, and that's the duck ones that Chel got for me.

Roscoe...Dr Pepper?

Yes, Please. :P.

Order a Route 44 Dr. Pepper with vanilla real cream and real cherries. I'm thinking you'll like it. I do. :thumbsup2:

I just darn the holes I get in socks.  I don't know why I'm too cheap to buy new socks, but I usually am LOL

Melody

What's darning the hole mean?  Sewing a patch on the hole?
