Yes, and I used it to go to work.  Believe it or else the hardest part was not my legs hurting (it was only 2.5 miles) but accepting the slower pace.  I recommend a bike for anyone who is habitually impatient.

If I tried to ride a bicycle to work, I'd end the journey in an ambulance. :laughhard: 'Course, I do work approximately 60 miles from my home...
