Good Morning, all! It's Monday...... and you all know what that means. It means it's my Friday, and even more importantly, the last day of work until next Monday.  :bustamove:  :bustamove:

Now, watch the day drag by.

Howdy y'all!

Well today is starting out right at least.  Grandma went to the local restaurant and picked up some pan-fried chicken livers for me while she was there.  Very good way to start the day.

"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."

Yummy!

I'm fixing to go be good though, and eat oatmeal.
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

*Psalm_97 wipes his glasses off and looks at the screen again.

Yummy?  Who said yummy?  I can't find anybody outside my immediate family who likes pan-fried chicken livers, and most in my family aren't too fond of them either.  Of course most people have been soured on chicken livers in general thanks to the chewy, dried-up things they sell at convenience stores.

*puke*

I had a bag of grapes on my way to work at 6:50....and I just had some cinnamon swirl toast...

I'm beyond tired...just looked myself in the mirror and I have bags under my eyes...lol

Great, just what we need, another glandular meat eater.  :-?

Eating breakfast.  No glandular meat.

Lynx

Awwww, have a heart Seth.  How about a stuffed beef heart?  It's not a gland, just an organ.  :D

Anyone for some tripe?

Tripe? Nasty.

I will say that I just found Issac's redeeming quality. :o

Fellow liver lover. :D

Lynx

Actually I've never tried tripe.  Or intestines for that matter - the digestive system isn't the most sanitary part of the body.  Liver is very good though, as are gizzards if you pressure cook them enough to be, if not soft, at least not rock-hard.

And beef liver, gravy and onions... mmmmmmm!

Gone to w*rk, have a good day everyone.

But you think the liver, which filters toxins out of your body, IS sanitary?  :eyebrow:

MelodyB

Yes. You want some? I'll save you a big piece next time we have it.

Gotta go to the hospital, a lady that attends church has fluid on her lung or some such.

Lynx

Look it up, the liver is one of the best parts to eat.  And it filters the blood, it doesn't store the impurities it filters out any more than the kidneys store uric acid.
