Took a walk today, too.  I'm soooo outta shape.  Walked from work to the courthouse, then from there to the food place, then back to work.  It's not that far, but I'm sooo outta practice.

hard to believe i used to walk 2.5 miles to work, worked 18 hours, then walked 2.5 miles back home, 5 days a week about a year ago. wow you loose it fast lol



had a short nap now off to find other things to do.
