Also, whenever I see the abbreviated title of this thread "Let's all go to the Sev...." or however much shows up on the front page when it's the latest topic posted in on the section, I always think:

Know how you feel.  Everyone spells my name Issac.  IsAac is how it is in the Bible even.

I'm gonna go to the ER soon. I had a really BAD night. I can't breathe and if I cough one more time, I feel my head will explode.

Good morning.
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

The Jetta won... Can't stand the loaner PT Cruiser they gave me for the night... Lol, it is nice, but feels weird driving...
The Jetta- a fine little car, other than the fact that it's *just* a step above my Miata in the "manly" category. :laughhard: Lou had a purple PtCruiser once- nice, but it was like driving a gay Shriners car. :biglaugh:

And morning, All. Mel, I hope you feel better soon, and I hope you have a better E.R, than we do- sometimes I think ours' purpose in existance is to make you sicker so you have to be admitted.

Oh, and IsAac- (spelled as you wished) I grew up singing that song. Thanks Cheese, now it's stuckin my brain replacing "Diggin' up bones". Ever think of taking a job as a DJ? :laughhard:

jetta's are NOT a just a step up from a miata Roscoe...

A lot of jetta's are diesels - especially if you get an old one....

Miata's are in their own category....maybe the only thing that compares is a smart car...

Ouch, Jenn!  A smart car?!? That smarts!  :laughhard: They look like a runaway tennis shoe.
And it just seems like around here, one of the top choices for gays are actually either BMW 3 series or Jettas, especially the diesels- they're veiwed as more ecologically friendly. :laughhard:

Having said that, and at the risk of being grossly misquoted, I am not gay and would LOVE to own a BMW or a diesel Jetta- the Bimmer's cool, and the jetta gets 50+ mpg.  :thumbsup2:

:pound: Jenn for editing while I was posting. I really NEED one of those little cars- that's just weird enough it fits my personality. Now, me fitting in it might be a little difficult, though.... :laughhard:

Toast is good, especially with a little butter and apricot preserves.  I like to...

Oh wait, this isn't sourdough bread you're probably using.

Oh well, toast is still good.  :)

Special treat today.. going out to lunch @ Jerusalem Cafe w/ the Sherrys. I can't wait to see her little pregnant self!  It's been too long since I've had some Real hummus and lebonae too!  Perhaps they'll have something I can substitute for pita bread.

SippinTea

*Hugs* Mel. Praying you feel better soon!

Barb - Enjoy some sunshine for me. :)

Melodya - I'm jealous of you and your hummus. ;)

Off to do some errands in a while. Post office, etc. The boring stuff. Then... perhaps I'll come home and drink Kona coffee or Ginger Peach tea while I crochet. That sounds WAY better than errands. ;)

After I posted my first post in here this morning, I fell back asleep and felt some better when I woke up.

Don't know yet if I'm still gonna go to the ER. I need some relief! I can't breathe!!

At least the coughing has calmed down for the most part.

Im starving.   I tried asparagus with lunch today and it was so gross.  made everything taste horrible.  bleh.

Lynx

Hey now, don't be hating on asparagus.  I like it.

Of course I like almost anything except boiled okra and fast food burgers.  The former slides through too quick and the latter just sits in my stomach like a lump of lead.

Im normally a veggie lover but I couldn't handle the asparagus.   I don't like okra boiled either.    It has to be fried.  Its not healthy that way but it taste good!   :great:

To the tune of "La Vida Loca"

Woke up in New York City
With a corn dog in each hand
They had to take me on a stretcher
To the nearest ice cream stand
Don't give me boiled in water
Chicken-fried's my middle name
And once you've had a taste of it
You'll never be the same
I've got crisco on the brain!

Deep fried inside out
Living for deep fried okra
Tae-bo wears me out
Gimme the deep fried okra
My doctors?  They're dead!
So pour me a chocolate mocha!
Flush that sourkraut
And gimme the deep fried okra
Living for deep fried okra
