Lase experience last week:  Hate milk but I ate something that wasn't supposed to be spicy but was REALLY spicy. They say that milk will cut the hotness. I went and held my nose and took a large swig of milk and it was SOUR! Double ISHHHHHHY

I usually use vinegar, but I hear lemon juice will work too.
