*Sigh*  Don't know if I'm gonna be baking now or not. 

Found out I have to have the car I'm buying from my sister registered before January 1st, otherwise it's gonna cost me an extra $25 minimum to register it, and and extra $20 to have the title transferred.  The prices are going up after the 1st.
