I've known quite a few from LA and they all eat them spicy and * Wash my mouth out with soap * everything out. Never talked to one who didn't like them, is all. Not meanin' to be judgmental, just meantal. LOL

Guess I'm a stereotypical cajun, or maybe a creole.  I love crawfish, all parts, and alligator, fried, I've tried about everything on the list except roadkill (unless I didn't know it was roadkill), snake (I have a phobia, there's no way I'm putting that in my mouth), I've had duck.  By the way, you didn't put turtle on there, Mesi. LOL
