there are times in the whirlwind of my fragile life that i have hidden under your words, your voice.

SippinTea

*Pinkwinks Rache's thread long enough to tell Kris she's welcome to take a trip to Oregon!* :hyper:

We'll have to meet up, Chel! ...But I'm not trying to sweat, y'all, so Moody Gardens may be reserved for temperatures under 90 or so.. *grin*

Eric, it was closed! Stinkers! Yes, Leah's a crazy one. We stayed at the burger place until 3am!

Kris, I would love to come visit sometime! I think I'd love a guided tour of your corner of the world. Oh, and being that close, I'd want to see Miss Anna, too. It could be a party!

Some stars DO shine brighter in TX. ;) Just maybe not ALL the stars that shine brightest in MY world. ;)

My favorite subject is... psychology. I know, I know - it figures! But it's fascinating. Then, I'd probably choose English. ;)

Do pinkwink anytime. I'm in favor! *grin* And to answer your question, Ruby, I'm alive, but snowed under (only figuratively) and rarely have wireless access. It's not really nice of me to hog borrowed computers, so my poor blog is a little neglected lately. :smirk2:

EricShane

rache, have you met the most amount of people on GP?
Hebrews 12:12-16 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you

alohilani

I don't think so.. I've met several, but missed all the meet-ups and things. ;)

EricShane

haha bol... when I first noticed your signature I thought it was an obama ad!

Did you hear that Matt Maddox gave up his church and is doing SWBC full time now?

Justin told me that Friday night and I was wondering if you knew.
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

alohilani

lol - nope, no Obama ads. I am currently refraining from politics. *grin* Unless anyone would like to vote for me as a write in... ;)

Yes, Mel, I knew. They let me know it was happening. :) He's still going to be around St. Pete somewhat, but it'll be a stronger administration on the home front with him being free to travel.

MelodyB

Kewl, just making sure you were in the loopy loop. ;)

alohilani

Yeppers! I left part of my heart on the beach, remember? *grin* They couldn't be rid of me if they tried! ;)

MelodyB

Yeah I figured. I knew you loved it here, and you loved being so involved with that church...I should have known it was old news to you!! LOL

:biglaugh: I do love it there, and I adore the people there. I keep in contact with most of them on a pretty regular basis!

iridiscente

Do you experience the myoclinic jerk while going through the levels of sleep?

alohilani

Several times in my life, actually. Not frequently, but when it happens, it's definitely memorable. I wake up shaking and shocked, but it generally doesn't keep me from falling back to sleep eventually. ;)

What do you like to do to relax?

alohilani

Wow, I haven't been here in ages! I may as well answer, though, right? ;)

The easiest way for me to relax is to clean. I don't know why, but the feeling of accomplishment helps me relax, probably because I'm not stressing about how I should be doing something. So I might straighten the house then sit down with a cup of tea and a book/movie/tv show.

SippinTea

 :o I always suspected - now I now. You're nuts. Positively nuts.

But since you are... you can come clean my house too. *grin* And then I'll sit down with you for that cup of tea. ;)

I find household chores to be therapeutic unless there are so many that I feel overwhelmed.

EricShane

raaaach! I got a new phone, my old one broke, with your number inside!!! I love you and miss you so bad, I miss our shopping trips, and going out to eat and all that!

See, Dina, I knew I wasn't TOO crazy... Unless we're both nuts. :)

Eric, is your number the same?

SippinTea

*Hugs* Rache just 'cause she rocks. ;)

Aww! *hugs* Ruby tight!

Oh, I've only had a few misunderstandings here and there, John, not any actual broken hearts. ;)

Eric, I'll give you a call when I get a chance, ok? :)
