My favorite chicken place is Raising Cane's. SO good. I'm pretty sure there's crack in their special sauce, though. It's too addicting to be legal. ;)

The Rhinelander--in Portland, Oregon

Notice a pattern?

Would any of those be worth visiting when I'm in Oregon?

Or is that a silly question?  ;)

Yes!! and yes. ;)

Seriously, if at all possible, you simply must try the Rhinelander and Tidal Raves. They're both unique, special places, and have fabulous food. Toomie's is good for several reasons... it's yummy Thai food, and they have live jazz on Sunday nights.and I've made some great memories there*smile*

Thats after church Tea.

*whew* Thanks for stickin' up for me, Mel. Can't have Officer Tea thinking I'm skipping out on church. I'm only a partial heathen--I don't miss service, I just go listen to jazz after church is over. :P

Mrs. Yosemite

Yosemite and I have eaten at Fire Mountain Grill. OH MAN! We nearly killed ourselves!! Everything was grilled. The restaurant is owned by Ryans. We only have a Ryans in Tupelo. But we've seen Fire Mountain in places like Birmingham and larger cities. They claim its the same restaurant, but the food we had a Fire Mountain near Birmingham, Al. had this Ryans in Tupelo, Ms. beat!  :pound:

The Old Country Buffet in Fairfax now has  a grill. The grilled steaks are pretty good. All you can eat steak! Imagine that! and it's good!

Hmmm...that's a good question.  I haven't heard of it before.  If you find anything on it, let me know and I'll check it out the next time I visit.  :)
