Carl Hurley makes fun of himself a lot (he's a comedian.)  He said when he was a teenager his friends were saving up for their first cars, he was saving up for a riding mixer.  Mixer big enough you could ride it around the kitchen. 

He said he figured it out though, that he was eating enough for two people.  So the solution is to eat enough for one, and starve that other fella out.  He said it didn't work though - he'd go out to eat and the other guy would have a plate of potato salad just in a minute. 

He said his doctor put him on a diet, but it wasn't enough to eat.  He had to go on two diets to get enough food, he was starving!
