Drummers always keep me in check. Without drummers, where would we be in the music world? As a fellow musician (guitarist) drummers are my favorite people in a band. Always keep me in time.  :clap2:

:cry2:

Dood, you are making me all emotional, especially since you are a guitarist. Welcome...WELCOME.... :thumbsup2:

What about non-musicians who totally support musicians? Can't we join in at the campfire, too? *grin*

Wait a minute, Trav, I need to make sure I understand...

It's Drummers Unite, but keyboardists, singers, drummer fans, guitarists, and non-musicians are all part of this gang?

lol

:beret:

Unlike other musician groups, such as guitarists or keyboardists, the drummer community is willing and happy to accept all musicians who want to be part of the drummer's world - which is something good (even if you're not a drummer). Non-drummers can appreciate drummers and drummers appreciate other musicians who appreciate them. So to answer your question: Yes.

Any good musician appreciates a good drummer. If a musician doesn't appreciate good drummers, then they're a .........looozer. Any other questions?

Welcome to the Mutual Appreciation Society.

This meeting will come to order...or disorder, which ever is more fun.

InChristGirl

Disorder seems to be the order of the day

BTW I 'm so exited about getting my very own guitar to start practicing with!
I was using my dad's old acustic but the fretboard was too wide for my hands so he took me out to get a smaller electric.
I picked up a "squire" by fender. I don't particularly like the color(a light creamy dijon color) but that's not important.
I love practicing on it :clap2:

i think an orderly disorder is the world most drummers are accustomed to.  don't you?

of course, i'm only an audience participant, so i'm only guessing.

I AM   :cooltalk:  A FAN  :guitar:   OF THE :BAND.

yep.  that's a classic drummer if you ask me.   :waving:

CR, could you explain to our drummer friend what we are talking about.  he's a little confused since coming back from that concert in the City the other night.

You guys know that Trav is a very analytical drummer... he loves it because of the precise mathematical breakdowns. 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/3, etc All the faces he makes are because of his intense calculations.

Also, his favorite book of the Bible is Numbers. :)
