He hit my car on November 5. My car STILL isn't in the shop. Phone tag makes me go nutsy, and so do insurance companies that drag their feet.

Has anyone else had trouble with a claim against Farmer's Insurance? If so, what finally succeeded in getting some action out of them?

We had Farmer's. It was a guy from Church. But when he went to school, he handed it over to his son who did more to help the other party, we decided to quit them.

We had a friend who got into an accident, and the agent wouldn't answer any of his questions but the other party involved called him  and he gave them all kinds of help about how to get out of trouble.  :nono:  When we saw that, we dumped them fast. Went to State Farm. Get help right away from them.
