Anyone know of a store that sells these at a reasonable price? It's getting colder here and I have no long skirts. I used to go to Cato but I'm an odd size there. If the fit around the middle they hit above the ankle in a weird spot. Sigh.
Oh SippinTea, there's your cue!
Did you check Old Navy's clearance? Those long skirts are really long. I was thinking maybe I could wear one if I hike it up to my waist rather than my hips where I normally wear everything.
I was about to say, check old navy...and lots of other places.
Those long maxi type skirts are really "in" right now.
As far as jean skirts though - I don't really know.
eBay is where I'd get them.
Just figure out which brands fit you the best...then search for those in your size on eBay.
Speaking of Ruby, there are simple pinterest diy's for long cute skirts.

I've done this before. Especially for jean skirts. But mom refuses to let me use her sewing machine. :/
Yes, I can make skirts. *grin*
The place I typically buy most of my skirts is Ross. Or thrift stores. Occasionally I've hit a really good clearance at Macy's and snagged a couple cute ones.

Goodwill!!! Also ask around about a used sewing machine..I got mine for free and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
I was informed yesterday that I may be getting a sewing machine for Christmas

Maurices has long skirts, the prices aren't bad and if you don't mind some of the fancy stitching on the pockets. I've had Maurices skirts last a while, so I think it is worth it. There is one for $77 however, and is MORE than I would pay. Otherwise in the 39-49 dollar range. You could look online. Making them is a lot cheaper though, and fun!! Ebay also is another place to look, like someone mentioned.
