After leaving a trail of empty Dr Pepper bottles across Little Rock, Officer Roscoe abandoned the hijacked truck on the steps of the state capitol. Authorities believe he was trying to reenact a climb up the capital steps made in some old clunker built in Arkansas about 90 years ago. He was last seen fleeing the seen screaming,"make sure the governor turns the motor off". He was last seen running toward the Clinton Presidential Library muttering something about it looking like a trailer on stilts.
