It came to my attention that Roscoe stopped a woman the other day who was obviously speeding. She knew she was in trouble, but after taking he took her license and went back to his patrol car, she got the none to bright idea to use her looks to her advantage.
When he approached her car a second time, she coyly asked "Is it true you don't give pretty women tickets?"
