I clicked on my bookmark to come to godplace and something called "cacti" came up. I had to log in to it before I could log on to here. Now godplace is moving as slow as molasses??? What is going on? What is cacti?
All I know is cacti is plural of cactus. I have Godplace as one of my homepages and it comes up as the same old Godplace...
When it comes up. I've been having trouble connecting at all, have to keep hitting refresh or the Firefox "Try again" button repeatedly sometimes. And when it does come up during one of these times, it often comes up without the standard framework, just text and the occasional pic. Almost like the old, slow, faulty dial-up days. And it isn't my connection because all other sites load fine. Fortunately these faulty, slow spells only last a few minutes at a time.
Don't know about the cacti thing at all.....
But I have had the slow/non load issues every once in a while too.
I've been having them like crazy lately too.
Maybe it's over the weight limit. :smirk2:

Seems like they may be working on the server. All week it has been hit or miss when I try to come to GP. I have got a 404 "Not Found on Server" error several times this week and other times it would just say it was unable to load. So my guess is somebody may be working on the server.

the network at the datacenter is down. the server is fine, just nobody can access it.
I believe Jerry posted this on FB.
While ago I was getting the 404 thing, and when I went to just godplace.com without the /forum part, I also got the Cacti thing...lol
I access GP thru my phone, and have experienced zero non-user issues. ;)

off and on I am getting a page saying this domain can not be found on the apatche server...
