Karmel-Korn Oven 250
5 qt popped popcorn (1 Cup unpopped)
1 Cup butter
2 Cups brown sugar
1/2 Cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in a large kettle.
Boil for 5 minutes stirring to make sure it doesn't burn.
Add baking soda and stir.
Pour over popped corn in a large bowl
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
spread out on cookie sheet to cool.
