From: http://www.emofree.com/children/santa.htm
This morning I was given another reminder of the joy we can bring when we use these techniques to help others.
I have just returned from a Christmas party for the kids organised by my wife's playgroup - a group that meets on a weekly basis throughout the year. Last year the kids were all about 2-3 years old, and meeting Santa was, for many of them, a bit of a challenge- most were overwhelmed, many cried and some wouldn't go near this strange man in the red suit even after frantic attempts by parents to pacify them.
This year, with the kids a year older, we fully expected it to be different as most of the kids were excitedly looking forward to seeing Santa, having learned the association between Santa and presents - All except for a little girl I will call Karen.
As we stood waiting for Santa to arrive, Karen's mother told me how her little girl was frightened to the point of almost hysteria even by the thought of Santa. In fact, she even had bad feelings about going to that park after the last year's experiences. This fear also came out whenever other children's characters were around - she would scream and run away.
With only a little time before Santa arrived, I hastily explained the shortcut version of the anxiety/phobia treatment - suggesting she tap her daughter a few times under the eye, on the collarbone point, and under her arm before Santa arrived and again when he did.
As Santa made his way down the path a few minutes later, I saw this very upset frightened little girl run into her mother's arms. I saw mother with a worried look, trying desperately to do the tapping, then holding her girl tight.
A minute later, after leaving her daughter sitting on a rug with her husband, the girl's mother came over to tell me that it "didn't work", and that her daughter was still very upset. I had been watching her subsequently, however, and pointed towards the front of the group, where her husband was now walking with his daughter, holding hands, towards Santa.
We watched as Karen walked up to Santa with a smile on her face, accepted a gift from him, and even paused for a while to talk to him, smiling happily as she did so. You should have seen the proud, relieved faces on both her parents. I paused for a while to give thanks to God, and to those who have passed on the gift of EFT which allowed this miracle to happen. What greater gift can we give than this - to relieve a little girl's pain and turn it to joy.

lol thats cool but I don't plan on becoming friends with Santa!
I won't.
But you might be, only you don't see him in his Santa suit. :laughhard:
It might be worth a try on another phobia.
I love a good hurricane...especially if everyone camps out inside the church and we have a huge party/sleepover.

rat......some may call it a mouse...but to me its AAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL the same.......it ran out...i nearly jumped off the mower to run...but didnt bc i figured i may cut my foot off...oooor jump off and land on the rat...which of course would have been very traumatic....i just hope and pray to God that if there were any baby rats back there, that i ran em over and killed em all...that may be mean....but i really dont care...ugh...lol
