Title: Adobe flash player problem
Post by: Tricia Lea on February 06, 2008, 04:28:38 PM
I am having problems with Adobe flash. Everytime I try and open a webpage that uses it, I get an error message and IE shuts down. I have tried reinstaling it a few times and it works for a few days then back to the same thing. Any advice?

Yes, remove all macromedia players [Flash and Shockwave] from your PC.  This will help tremendously.

On second glance, 'twould appear as though macromedia has been gobbled by Adobe...

Bleah, they're still no good.

Firefox, along with the Flash plug-in AND NoScript should be all you need.

'fraid I have to push Firefox as well, even though they have The Great Satan Google for a partner, at least they're not owned by Megashaft.
