Hey, everyone :D Just wondering if anyone out there has some healthy recipes for meals that can be prepared for two people. My boyfriend and I are trying to be healthier and lose a little weight. Any ideas for healthy meals that also taste good?
I'm making him spanish rice sometime this week. I figure it's pretty healthy since it's mainly chicken breast, rice and tomato sauce..but..I'm lost on all other foods :smirk2:
