My IP Viewer

Fasterfox 2.0 (Be careful how you set this one though and do NOT use the 'turbo' setting)

Are the add-ons available at the main firefox site, or from some independent source?

I know surfdaworld put this on here, but this is a AWESOME Firefox addon:

http://adblockplus.org/en/

Click the Instillation button to put it on Firefox.  It takes away all the ads that you see on sites.

I have firefox on my old computer.  I loved it. I want to download it to this one, but I'm wondering how to get rid of internet explorer, or if I do.  How do I make firefox my default.  I have windows vista.

When you start Firefox, it should ask you if you want to make it your default browser. Do that, and make sure to check the box that forces it to check every time it's started. IE does something similar, so say that you don't want to make it your default browser and uncheck the box that forces it to check every time it starts. I'm pretty sure you can't uninstall IE.

Firebug is pretty much a must-have addon for web developers. It will show you the current state of the HTML DOM, track all GET and POST requests, has a Javascript debugger, and a bunch of other stuff. I highly recommend it.
