I am not trying to make light of the situation. I realize that in order for Dick Cheney to get a new heart, someone had to die, probably someone young.
But I must admit, the first thing that came to mind was to wonder if the person whose heart he received was a die-hard, anti-gun democrat who voted for his opponent in the elections.
There is no statute of limitations on murder or bad first impressions.

I am enjoying my second childhood.
It is a lot of fun.
I have money this time!!
