It's rooster COMB, not cone.....but who am I to correct someone about poultry. 

My doctor always says cone so I tend to get it mixed up now as well. lol

Yep, he has someone kill them. make the rooster comb (or as he says cone) into some kind of liquid, and then injects it into my knees. 

Or maybe a drug company does that for him. lol
