I bought my girls 5 dresses apiece from land's end (for 15 dollars apiece). 4 of the dresses developed holes but when I called to complain......................they HAPPILY sent me out 4 to replace them!!!!!!! I was in SHOCK!!!!!!

I haven't bought anything from them, but I found a few things I want. Fairly inexpensive as well. I like their overstock stuff.

my neice's backpack is from LL bean and it's going into it's 4th season and looks BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!!
They will replace it AT ANY TIME during the life of the product if you feel it needs replaceds...............so I think that's AWESOME!!!!!!!
