It's when it gets to 20 or more pages and the mod happens to notice. ;)

Sometimes we can get it it a lot more pages if they aren't paying attention. ;)  hehe

It's supposed to be at the end of 20 pages, but sometimes you guys stay up later than the mods. We HAVE changed the amount of posts per page in the last couple of years, though.
