OK, you have the right state and region, but which city? (Clue 1: there is a UPC church there. Clue 2: It is in the South Texas District)

I can say the state since someone said it! Now find where I am in the area and name the church I will be attending. EXTRA CREDIT: Name my pastor I will have in that church.
