I for one am all for this bill. However, I have seen several Pro-Life Christians who feel it is to far reaching. What do you think?

I think it's great. It won't pass though. If it did I think their would be blessings in the state. I don't care that people would just go to another state, it would still mean something for an area to  cherish innocent life.

It doesn't appear this bill even got voted on before the Legislative term ended. However, they did pass one of the other anti-abortion laws that was not as far reaching. The passed bill makes it illegal to perform an abortion after 20 weeks. This passed with the support of both democrats and republicans. Any doctor who is caught performing an abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy can now be punished with up to 10 years in prison. Not as far reaching but better than nothing.

I'm beginnning to become fond of alabama. This bill, coupled with the immigration bill they just passed, makes me think there may be a few folks in that states' legislatures that think as I do. :great: And Taco, I mean this in the american sense of "thumbs up". :laughhard:
