This may just be cynical, but you can't automatically assume the fault is with the guy regardless of what you think of the lawsuit about the kidney. I mean, I've known of (and personally known other) women who are bitter and mean enough to use the children and custody rights as a weapon against their ex husband without there being any sort of abuse or what not involved. I'm not saying there isn't a reason he can't see his kids, but we can't automatically assume it's his fault.

Some women I don't understand how they could stay married as long as they did cause they're so bitter/dramatic/suspicious.  Possibly add to that an affair and you have a guy who really got burned.  It happens, more and more, it happens.
