Actually I had realized I forgot to take my medicines I take at night and for some reason my potassium prescription tells me not to lay down for 30 min after taking it so I got online lol

I have never figured out why they want you to not lay down though lol

A quick google would probably answer that.  Maybe something to do with possible acid reflux and the effects of free potassium in your esophagus (just off the top of my head.)

looked it up you were right says it can burn your esophagus if not completely swallowed

Neat!  That was just a shot from the hip.  I know potassium by itself is quite harsh.
