Fuse Question

After a bad storm last night, I lost a fuse on a computer board that controlled one of my systems here.  Unfortunately, I cant find a fuse like this in town, or even on the net.  Can anyone help?

I need a 4.5 x 14.12mm (i figure it will be listed either as a 14, 14.2 or 14.5), 250v, 1/2a, fast blow fuse.  Does anyone have a link where I can get some of these ordered?  I have some that are 5 x 20mm same voltage and amps, so I may try to jump the fuse later to get me by.

its a slow-blow, but thats just with a quick search---probably a fast blow in the same series
