I vote "no" on Peretti, and "yes" to C.S. Lewis. Not that you asked, but I thought I'd tell you anyhow.

So today I went to a thrift store and was checking out the books, and one of the first ones I saw was "The Visitation" by Frank Peretti... LOL.

I did pick it up, and browsed through the end of it, and then remembered why I decided against reading it again. So I put it down and walked away...

Also checked out an Acoustic bass at Guitar Center, and some recording equipment as well.

Then headed to Woodcraft, and looked at some expensive blocks of wood, and tried to think of a reason to buy some, but my lathe isn't set up correctly on my Shopsmith right now, so I opted to not buy anything tonight.

How serious is your serious side?
It really depends on the subject or situation that is at hand. I love being a goof, but not every situation or conversation goes well with goofiness.

Serious when it comes to church and souls are involved, unless it is a funny topic or a fellowship meeting.

Serious about relationships when something is seriously being considered or talked about, unless of course it is a time for joking.

I usually try to find the balance of how it should be...
