Church Program Needed !

Hey Everyone I Am Helping Out With My Church Outreach and I am looking for a program that lets us keep track of our guest's  address and phone numbers and etc and that automactily will  insert that persons name into a letter that we have already typed up so that we can send them letters quickly and easy. Does anyone in here know of any ?

You could probably do a mail merge with Word and Excel, too.

It _never_ goes on sale, and it's non-returnable once you open the package. So read the specs, and make SURE you know it'll work on your computer.

Our church started using "Connectin Power" this year and it not only does all that but has an e-mail database for the team appointed to do follow-up.  It will sort the "idea" match, send the e-mail with info, and when responded to, it will organize that info!  It's the most amazing thing I've seen yet for this subject.  It's not so much letters though as ACTUAL people connecting with the visitors.
