i know and could probably get approved for one of those moto chairs, they ride them to the store all the time here lol but my stairs still present a problem. it would be too big to store inside my door downstairs, and no way to get it up and down.

so walk it is. be back in a little while. may as well enjoy the sunshine while i can.

ps, the vit-12 may be helping. seems even though i am still weak and tired at times and get tired easily i do seem to be feeling somewhat better, not sure if its a physical thing or spiritual lol but i'll take it either way :)

I take a B-50 every day.  Vitamin Bs help the body convert food to energy.  Maybe why I can eat so much and not put on weight.  Maybe not.

Yeah, B 50.  It's in the pharmacy, right with the B 6, B 12, etc.  B 50 is a B multi, has all of them.  B 100 is just like B 50, but more so.

Mom and Dad actually made dinner. Mom pattied out ground round and Dad cooked it on the grill.
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?
