Why do people keep using the OLD ask Sunlight thread since I made you a new one? ;)
Dear Chel, will you tell your mom that it's because the old one isn't locked yet?
 because it's now a race! hehe... why else?
:race:
Dear Chel,
How many people know you've been a table-top dancer in your past life? *laugh cough*
:beret:

Apparently everyone but Dina.
Dina was too busy flirting with Ben to notice what her sister was up to. *cough*

What's your definition of creepy?
When does it become stalking?
Did you know I really, really, really love your picture of the tack-heart? (Hint: wedding present. I know, I know, it might seem like a weird image for a wedding present, but... I have my reasons.) :D
What classes at the community college do you think I would most enjoy next term?
:beret:
Creepy is when certain situations arise that you find yourself wishing you were on the sidelines instead of being a part of.... and usually there is a distancing that happens with these situations. You get outta there! and fast! (at least I would try not to stay in a creepy situation...)
It becomes stalking when it's not a mutual feeling and the one just wont let go, and keeps interfering in the other's business to a point that it is past the point of funny and welcome, and crosses the line to annoying and irritating. Please note: There are many different level's of stalking... some much worse and irrational than others.
And the other two questions? *grin*
:beret:
ohhh yeah... you did ask more... BOL! Sorry, got distracted... haha!
aww thanks! and sure! what size? (haha, i could say you want a heart-a-tack for your present... bol!)
and underwater basket weaving! It's totally awesome!

because blind people use them of course!
When are you coming back up this way? I, grandma, uncle Fred and a whole church want to know. :D
Oh by the way, Grandma says she'll be going down there March 4th, embarking on the cruise on March 6th, coming back 7 days later, then staying a good two or three weeks after the cruise. Help yourself to a Grandma hug, there doesn't seem to be a shortage so it won't decrease my supply. :)
 as soon as I can.
Oh yeah, that reminds me... How are you doing?
I ask because Grandma still occasionally asks how you're doing, and I currently have no idea. We won't be talking about anything in particular and she'll just ask right out of the blue. Apparently you made a bigger impact than even I estimated... she doesn't do that about anyone else I know.
Give grandma a hug from me too!

Questions for Chel...
1. Are you going to be back in Texas in time to meet up with Grandma before she leaves next Monday? I ask because she seems to want to meet you. When she called me last time the first thing she said after hi was "Have you heard from Chel lately?" Not "How are you doing," not "Do you miss me?" not even "Is the house still standing?" It seems she thinks highly of you for some reason. :-?
2. Do you have one of these yet? http://shopping.yahoo.com/articles/yshoppingarticles/564/nikon-d7000-review/
ISO 10,000 good grief! :o
question for Chel,
Dear Chel,
are you going to be home in a few weeks?
:freaky2:
 I will be home Monday sometime... and I think I will be home in a few weeks, depending on the dates?
ask your mom and dad lol
Monday? Phooey, you'll miss them by a matter of hours. And if they delayed until Tuesday to leave, knowing you you'd probably push yourself to meet up with them and neglect inconsequential things like enough sleep between your night shifts.
Phooey.

I often hear older people talking to younger people and gloomily predicting "Once you hit X everything goes downhill." X is always an age slightly older than the younger person's current age. When you're 20 they predict your body will fall apart at 30, when you're 30 you'll fall to pieces at 40, when you're 40 all your medical woes will begin at 50. I fully expect when I'm 80 some older codger will dolefully forecast that when I hit 90 my body will spontaneously decompose.
So Chel, given your vocation you would probably know better than most - at what age DOES everything go downhill?
it starts going downhill when the person stops caring/trying.
unless you mean when does it start going downhill all on it's own?

How do you photoshop elements from pictures that were taken at different horizontal axis angles? If you try to put a person from one picture into another picture, and the two pics were taken at different angles, the guy is either floating a bit above the floor or has his feet buried in the carpet.
Can you crop the picture where the feet don't show?
Easily, but that would be solving the issue by eliminating it as an issue. I was hoping there might be a way to change perspective angles somehow and match the two.
I think you can in ps, but I don't know about pse.

I'm working on it! Every time we make plans to head back south something comes up. Hopefully we'll be there the beginning of next month. Going to fly into the air force base in San Antonio and make our way to Louisiana. I'll be in Athens one day, but not sure when I'll make it where you are.
Yay! I hope so!
If Chris and I and kiddos can ever manage to make it back to TX for a visit, you better believe you'll be seeing me.
What's the #1 thing you've come to appreciate most in your husband since being married?
:beret:
The way he takes care of me, and tries to make all my dreams come true like remodeling my kitchen!!. He is one of the most giving people I have ever met, and he is nice to me even when I am moody and have a really bad no good day. I like the way he hugs me when I really need one. I like the way he washes dishes, cooks, and does anything he can to make it easier. I really appreciate his help. I like picking his brain and asking him all kinds of random questions just so I can learn all kinds of new things I don't know about. I'm glad that he cares about other people, and does whatever he can to help hem too. He is just the awesomest guy alive! Not to brag or anything... :halo:

Technical/medical/science question: When a person sleeps the body begins repairs in many areas. Sleep would seem to be a desirable thing when one has been injured. Why then is it a bad thing to let a person sleep if he has been injured and is going into shock? Logic would seem to indicate letting him sleep is good.
It's not advisable to sleep for hours on end if you have had a concussion... Because it's hard to tell if you are sleeping or in a coma. It's fine to go to sleep... It's just advisable that someone wakes you up every few hours to make sure you are asleep and not unconcious and are still able to respond so that if it's more than sleep- we can do what needs to be done to relieve pressure/ swelling, etc or whatever else is needed to keep you alive.
