I often go to the bathroom with one kid on my knee and the other running around saying "HURRAY Mummy, you did a wee wee!!"

The baby neck ring thing is meant to be very good for special needs kids such as those with cerebral palsy to be able to get in the pool and do some aquatherapy kind of things...
