ive seen this on big trucks and a few campers: its not raining i'm just manually flushing my waste compartment.

I think the truck in front of me this morning was confused.   He had an assortmant of bumper stickers, including:  Kiss, Metallica and KYKX which is the local COUNTRY station.  Sounds like a strange mix.
