Unknown Song

A friend of mine shared a video at FB of the Souls Harbor (Florida, I think) choir singing a song and everyone was worshipping. It's really awesome, but I don't know what the song is. Googling the lyrics that I can make out hasn't helped. I'm hoping someone here will know it.

Here are the lyrics I can understand:
