Update Sugar Rush 2011: Cop Gone Wild Now In Custody

After abandoning the stolen Dr Pepper truck on the capitol steps Officer Roscoe turned up at the Clinton Presidential Library. upon entering the building he acknowledged how appropriate he felt it was to build such a redneck monument to trailer living in Arkansas and putting the name Clinton on it. He then demanded that all the picture books about doughnuts be brought to him.

Officer Roscoe was unaware that Hillary Clinton was visiting the library and when he pulled out his gun and begin firing in the air, she tackled him like an Alabama linebacker tackling an Arkansas quarterback. She then proceeded to pile drive him into a stack of Bill Clinton's old Hot Rod magazines. At this point Officer Roscoe was knocked out and security had to come to his rescue pulling Hillary off of him.

He was then taken into custody by the state police. He was heard muttering as he came to, "I always knew she was the man in that family". The chief investigator was reported to say "Officer Roscoe has embarrassed himself, his family, his state, and the police force. No southern man would ever want to admit to being beat by a liberal woman from New York, not even Bill ever admitted to that. But, Roscoe did drive a Pink Miata so that may explain somethin." it is clear officer Roscoe has embarrassed the entire state, and his family will now have to change their name and go into hiding. In one day he has destroyed the capitol, consumed thousands of dollars in sweets and Dr Pepper, and put 4 boy scouts in therapy for life.

It is unknown what charges Officer Roscoe will face, or if being whooped by Hillary will be punishment enough. He is being booked into the Little Rock Metro Jail under psychiatric evaluation. If there were ever a case where a plea of insanity might work this is clearly it. Sugar Rush 2011: Cop Gone Wild has finally come to an end.
