Breaking news Update: Missing Officer Roscoe

An Arkansas mother and her 18 children were frightened in the local Wal-Mart when they found the missing officer trying to get into a "Barbie Dream Car". He was muttering something about he deserved a Pink Corvette more than some stupid plastic doll. The witnesses reported that the car seemed to be plenty tall enough for the short officer, however the doors were just not wide enough for him to get in. He was last seen trying to abduct several "Little Debbie's" then he went running from the Wal-Mart screaming "I want to be a Princess".
