Soon as I heard the first bar of the intro I knew where it came from - Walter Hawkins and the Love Center Choir, Love Alive album... volume 2 I think, or maybe 3.  "I'm goin up yonder!"  And unlike some singers, they actually sound like they're looking forward to the trip.
