And Mel, you would be pleased to know I thought of you yesterday. We had an employee benefits fair and one of the booths had a three foot tall stuffed duck for a mascot. I took a pic to send you, then remembered 1) You're without a phone currently, and 2)I don't have your number anyway. I did the second best thing- I sent it to your Sethie-Poo today and figured it'd get to you somehow.... :laughhard:

What, am I the only poster now?!? Come on, people it's been 6 hours or better......

And my day is starting off less than great. I was thirty miles from home when I discovered that I had left my electronic leash at home. :o AT&T will doubtless be concerned, as I will go from 50 or more texts today to zero. On the other hand, Mini will probably appreciate the break. :lol:
On the bright side, it is my friday. This, I count as a GREAT thing. :thumbsup2: Have a terrific day, everyone- even you Seth. :laughhard:

On the other hand, we can make up all kinds of rumors about him...or pass out his phone number and have 900 texts waiting for him when he gets home...

A little backstory about that...me and chelleebelle were going round and round...I figured since she was the 80's music expert in the family (she grew up outside of church, her sister was a 80's music fan), she had heard Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal."  She was convinced she had never heard it.

Roscoe texted me right in the middle of this and got pulled into the discussion.  LOL

Specialist appointment today...I'm going alone...Roomie has plans with mini roomie...and has to work...I got a couple offers from people at church to go...but...I dunno...I really wanted my mom to go..but she's too busy...as always...so hopefully I don't go and find out I'm going to die...that would stink.

Sorry for the downer post a couple days ago. My stress level is maxed out which has completely disturbed my sleep which just compounds everything that much more. Sigh.

Went to work, came... wait, that was yesterday. 

Went to bed, slept like a log (or maybe like the saw that was cutting the log, but I don't know because I wasn't awake to hear me,) got up.  Time to get cracking on music stuff.  Been looking forward to this for almost a week now.

Finishing eating brunch of quail egg omelette with cheddar and tomato, bacon, toast....

My stinking exotic quail have almost all killed themselves....the Valleys, Blue Scale, Gambel.....  Ugh...  They're so wild they jump up and hit the roof and break their necks....  A couple random ones had done that over the course of time....yesterday there were like 3 of them...this morning 4 more!!!!  OH MY WORD.....  Insanity.....  I only have 5 left...a Valley male and 3 females, and a Gambel male...  I moved them to a little short cage in hopes that with less room they won't break their necks....

I hope my phone comes back in the mail today!

I have to go in an hour early today thanks to poor planning by our district manager. Hope my coworkers who went to the awards dinner enjoy their day off! We are gonna spend the afternoon busting our tails on this truck. I dislike 9hr work days. Anywho.. I keep reminding myself that I'm out of here in less than 6 months!
