Exercise is supposed to help.  You channel that frustration into something beneficial. 
Easier said than done when you have other stuff to do. ;)

Read.
If it's nice outside, walk around, ride the 4 wheeler, just sit and watch the birds.

Depends on where I am and what the weather is like.
